Papillon the Spa at Westgate Park City Resort is a state-of-the-art getaway nestled in the Wasatch Mountains. In addition to the deluxe treatment areas, the facilities include the latest in fitness cardio and weight training equipment; deluxe men's and women's lounge and locker areas with saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools; a full service salon; and a spa boutique.
Architecturally, the spa features a decor that blends with the resort's ski lodge atmosphere and mountain retreat feel. Natural stone with accents of wood make a visit to Papillon more like an escape into the nature of the Rocky Mountains. This natural ambiance is complemented by soft candlelight, aromas of lavender, treatment rooms with warmers on all treatment tables and soothing music throughout the spa.
Usage Information
Papillon the Spa is open to owners, guests, and the public. Advance reservations are highly recommended. Our luxurious spa facilities are available for complimentary use with the booking of any spa or salon service. Day use of the spa facilities without a scheduled service is available for $20.
Amenities
Papillon the Spa features private locker facilities with robe and sandals, sauna, steam, and showers. Please enjoy our co-ed cascading waterfall whirlpool (swimsuit required), cozy relaxation lounges, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Arrival Time
We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check-in, change, and enjoy the spa facilities. Continue your respite by using the facilities following your treatment also. In the unfortunate event that you arrive late to your appointment, only your scheduled service time will be honored in order to uphold the next guest's appointment.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, a credit card will be required to reserve your appointment. Due to demand, we respectfully request that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. All appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Gender Preference
We are proud to staff both male and female therapists in our Spa. All of our therapists are professionally trained and have undergone extensive licensing procedures. If you have a preference for either gender, please specify upon booking.
Gratuities
Offering gratuities for exceptional service is always appreciated. For your convenience, we will add an 18% gratuity to your treatment charge, which you are welcome to adjust accordingly.
Gift Certificates and Group Booking
Gift certificates are available for spa treatments, salon services, or shopping in the spa boutique. Your friends, family, and colleagues will treasure their spa experience.
Papillon the Spa's large spa facility is also perfect for your corporate group, bridal party or private gathering.
